At Artwrap India, we are committed to providing exceptional gift wrapping services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will make it right.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:

• Services not delivered as promised or described
• Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved
• Order cancellation before work begins (subject to timing)
• Delivery failures due to our error

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of service delivery
2. Provide order details and reason for refund request
3. Allow us opportunity to resolve the issue first
4. If resolution is not possible, refund will be processed

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in these cases:

• Change of mind after services are completed
• Customer-provided incorrect specifications
• Damage occurring after successful delivery
• Services completed more than 48 hours ago

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered when full refunds are not appropriate, such as when part of the service was completed satisfactorily.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled with full refund if:

• Cancellation is made more than 24 hours before scheduled service
• No materials have been prepared or work begun
• Cancellation is due to our inability to fulfill the order

8. Resolution Priority

We prefer to resolve issues through service correction or replacement rather than refunds. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives beautiful gift wrapping that meets their expectations.
