Artwrap India provides premium gift wrapping services featuring traditional Indian craftsmanship and designs. Our services include:
- Custom gift wrapping with authentic Indian materials and techniques
- Consultation for special occasions and cultural events
- Delivery services within India
- Educational workshops on Indian wrapping traditions
3. Order Process
Orders must be placed at least 2 business days in advance for standard services. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be completed to our quality standards.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to change. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including digital wallets, bank transfers, and credit cards.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order complexity. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries. Pickup services are available in select areas of India.
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss resolution options.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artwrap India's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for the contents of gifts or any damage to items that occurs after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
Our designs, techniques, and creative work are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary designs without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of India.
